Please download and print the Luxury Audio Repair Form. (USA Service Only). It is extremely important that the information about a problem with your unit be explicit and complete. A specific and comprehensive description of the problem helps the service center locate and repair the issue as quickly and as efficiently as possible. This repair form can also be obtained from contacting our Luxury Support Team via email. It is required to submit a repair form when sending your unit to any of our authorized service providers in the United States.
NOTE: Please do not deface, write, or mark all over your products packaging, this can cause delays in processing your repair. There is no need to write anything on the outer boxes.
